Add patient and day numbers to python-operations-across-axes. Also add arrows...

Add patient and day numbers to python-operations-across-axes. Also add arrows and additional boxes indicating reduction from 2D array to 1D array. Add text underneath diagrams with human language description of operation and associated python command.
