Band central wavelength positions of L2A product cannot be read by ENVI.

In case of ENVI-format for the L2A output data, the number of wavelengths and bandwidths is unequal to the total number of bands of the L2A data, at least if vswir_overlap_algorithm is set to 'swir_only'. This causes the issue when ENVI format is used - it might also be the cause for GTiff format.
